Delete Your Verdora Account
You can request deletion of your Verdora account and associated data at any time.
Best option: send your deletion request from the same email address used on your Verdora account.
This helps us verify that the request is genuine before we process deletion.
How to Request Deletion
- Email support@verdora.app from your registered Verdora account email.
- Use a subject such as Verdora Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your Verdora account.
- State clearly that you want your account and associated data deleted.
If the request comes from a different email address, we may ask for additional verification before deleting any data.

If you can still sign in, you can also delete your account directly in Verdora:

- security and fraud prevention
- legal compliance
- dispute handling
- backup and recovery processes
Delete Some Data Without Deleting Your Account
Verdora also lets you remove some content without deleting your full account, such as plants, gallery photos, and albums, from within the app.
Processing Time
We aim to review verified deletion requests promptly. Processing time may vary depending on verification, service status, or legal retention requirements.
