You can request deletion of your Verdora account and associated data at any time.
Best option: send your deletion request from the same email address used on your Verdora account.
This helps us verify that the request is genuine before we process deletion.
If the request comes from a different email address, we may ask for additional verification before deleting any data.

Some limited technical or legal records may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten, or may be retained longer when necessary for:
Verdora also lets you remove some content without deleting your full account, such as individual AI Health Scans, plants, gallery photos, and albums, from within the app. Deleting a Health Scan removes its retained image and linked AI reminders but does not restore a credit already used to produce the assessment.
We aim to begin processing verified deletion requests promptly. Data is removed from active Verdora systems after verification and completion of the request. Residual backup copies may remain for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is legally required.
