By downloading, accessing, or using Verdora ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By downloading, accessing, or using Verdora ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Verdora is a plant management application that allows users to:
The App is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
To use certain features, you may need an account. You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to:
Plant care information in the App is for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:
You are responsible for applying care practices suitable for your environment.
Photo identification results, AI-generated care suggestions, and companion plant recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. You remain responsible for deciding how to care for your plants.
If enabled, the App may use location to show local weather, plant advisory content, and nearby stores/services. Location access is optional. You can disable location access at any time in the app settings or device settings.
All App content and features (including logos, design, text, graphics, and software) are owned by Sirish Shrestha and Manjina Karmacharya, or applicable licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.
The name "Verdora" and related branding are proprietary to the app operators and may not be used, copied, or imitated without prior written permission.
The App may integrate third-party services such as maps, weather providers, notifications, auth providers, Apple in-app purchases, RevenueCat, Google Mobile Ads, consent management tools, Pl@ntNet, and Google Gemini. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.
Optional AI-assisted features may require Verdora to send plant-related data to third-party service providers to produce results. This may include selected plant images and basic technical file metadata for photo identification with Pl@ntNet and, when needed, Google Gemini, and plant species information such as plant name and scientific name for AI care suggestions generated with Google Gemini.
Where required, Verdora asks for user permission in the app before sending this data, and those permissions can be changed later in the app settings.
Verdora may offer free and paid features depending on your app version, region, account status, and availability. Free accounts may have limits for plants, active reminders, gallery photos, AI-assisted plant additions, custom task categories, or other features shown in the app.
Paid options may include auto-renewable Premium subscriptions, such as monthly or yearly Premium, and one-time purchases such as Garden Packs. Premium may unlock higher limits, Gallery Timeline, custom task categories, ad removal, or other features shown in the app. Garden Packs may provide additional capacity and ad removal but may not unlock all Premium-only features. Exact features, prices, and limits are shown in the app before purchase and may vary over time.
Auto-renewable subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app or your Verdora account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
One-time purchases, where offered, are processed through Apple in-app purchases and are subject to Apple's payment, refund, and family sharing rules. Refunds are handled by Apple. Verdora uses RevenueCat and our backend systems to validate purchases, restore purchases, and manage entitlements.
If a subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, revoked, or cannot be billed, paid features may be reduced, paused, or removed according to your current entitlement status. Existing or early users may receive preserved allowances based on prior usage or account status, but these allowances do not guarantee access to all Premium-only features.
Verdora may display third-party ads to users who do not have an ad-free entitlement. Ads must not be manipulated, hidden, or used in ways that interfere with normal app use. Advertising availability, frequency, and format may change over time.
On iOS, Verdora may request App Tracking Transparency permission before initializing advertising services. If you deny tracking permission, the app remains usable and ads may still be shown in a non-personalized or limited form depending on consent and advertising settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdora and its operators shall not be liable for:
Use of the App is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
Account termination or deletion may remove access to app data, but it does not automatically cancel active subscriptions managed through Apple. You remain responsible for canceling subscriptions through your Apple account if you no longer want them to renew.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
